Since the advent of the COVID-19 lockdown, we have been engaging virtually with our members with events on Zoom, more frequent mail-outs and distributing Saudi-related reports. Upcoming events will include the latest initiatives from the Society’s cultural programme, as well as in-depth studies and talks from leading figures contributing to building ties between Saudi Arabia and the UK. Saudi British Society: 2020 AGM

On Tuesday 29 September the Saudi British Society held its Annual General Meeting via Zoom, hosted by Chairman Sir William Patey. During the meeting, Sir William gave his report on the Society’s activities – which have continued in strong vein in a virtual format.

About the Saudi British Society

Formed in 1986, the Saudi British Society is a social, cultural, non political and non-commercial organisation that aims to foster understanding and friendship between the two Kingdoms. Throughout the year, the society hosts a wide range of events, including lectures, exhibitions, dinners and the annual Rawabi Holding Awards.
